Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Accurately document all client interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and technical support to ensure comprehensive client solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on company products and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule including evenings and weekends.
