- Manage a high volume of client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Update and maintain accurate client records and service logs in CRM systems.

Qualifications
