Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in finance/business
- 2+ years in client-facing roles with proven conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
- FINRA Series 63/66 certification preferred
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with active listening skills
