Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to management while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Enter and update customer information accurately in our CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
- Process orders, returns, and service requests efficiently and error-free.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and product offerings.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide full training).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
