Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Resolve complex client issues using CRM tools and collaborative problem-solving techniques
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference client needs with service offerings
- Document all interactions in Salesforce while maintaining 100% data accuracy standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues within 24-hour SLA
- Contribute to process improvements through monthly service optimization reviews
- Maintain deep product knowledge through quarterly certification requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B client service experience with SaaS/tech industry background
- Expertise in Salesforce, Zendesk, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs (CSAT, FCR, resolution time)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level poise
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification required
- Experience with client onboarding and lifecycle management
