Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve account inquiries, billing issues, and service requests efficiently
- Document client interactions in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client concerns

Qualifications

- 1+ years of customer service experience in financial services or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
