Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in client-facing financial services or B2B support
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with proven track record
- Ability to handle 50+ daily client interactions with grace under pressure
- Strong analytical skills for complex account reconciliation
- Relevant certification (e.g., CRM, Financial Services) preferred
