Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve client issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client accounts and service records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction post-resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional, depending on role specifics).
