Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve account inquiries and transaction discrepancies with precision
- Process loan applications and financial documentation accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed client records and documentation in CRM systems
- Identify upsell opportunities based on client financial needs
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of client service or financial services experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- FINRA Series 63/66 certification (or willingness to obtain)
