Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system for quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client concerns
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery processes
