Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions and resolve service issues with 95% accuracy
- Update and maintain client records in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance client relationships
- Meet daily performance metrics including call volume and resolution targets
- Participate in ongoing training to develop product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of customer service or administrative experience
