- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service to community members at our downtown Philadelphia location
- Process client transactions accurately using our digital systems and POS equipment
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain organized client records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve service inquiries efficiently
- Support community outreach initiatives and promotional events
- Adhere to all safety protocols and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and currently enrolled in high school
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn digital tools quickly
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (15-20 hours/week)
