Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions with clients
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records
- Assist with onboarding new program participants and orientation materials
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client inquiries efficiently
- Support event coordination and program logistics for youth activities
- Process registrations and manage basic administrative tasks
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment for diverse clients
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and enrolled in high school or equivalent
