Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately using our digital systems and point-of-sale equipment
- Resolve client inquiries with patience and professionalism while escalating complex issues
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and service requests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support community outreach initiatives and youth-focused programs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- High school student or recent graduate preferred
- Strong communication skills with approachable, positive attitude
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 15 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Wichita location
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (max 20 hrs/week)
