Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Accurately update and maintain client records in the CRM database.
- Identify and cross-sell relevant products or services to enhance client value.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalations and improve service processes.
- Monitor customer feedback to suggest improvements to service protocols.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and CSAT scores.
Qualifications

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
