Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve client issues and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document client interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support) to address complex client needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client feedback.
- Monitor service metrics to ensure departmental KPIs are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
