Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex client issues by troubleshooting problems and escalating them when necessary.
- Accurately maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the support team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or client support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Must be located in the Chicago, IL area.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
