Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accuracy and speed.
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently, aiming for a high first-contact resolution rate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding service updates and account status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software experience).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflict professionally.
