- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Order Processing: Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while verifying all details for accuracy.
- Feedback Loop: Document client feedback and escalate complex issues to management to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is highly desirable.
