- Respond to incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain accurate client records in our CRM database.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve sales targets and service goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues efficiently.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding service updates and account status.
Qualifications
