Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly, escalating complex matters to the senior management team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction post-resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field is a plus but not required for immediate consideration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
