Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve client issues and complaints effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Utilize CRM software to update and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support) to provide holistic solutions to clients.
- Identify upselling opportunities and recommend relevant products or services to enhance client value.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or client support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
