Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services to existing clients.
- Provide product and policy training to new clients to ensure successful onboarding.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
