Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve client issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and providing product training.
- Monitor service metrics and identify trends to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
