Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex client issues by identifying root causes and providing effective, long-term solutions.
- Process customer orders, returns, and account updates accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions and case resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Tech Support) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products based on client needs.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on tone and clarity.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment for remote or hybrid work options.
