Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve account issues using CRM systems while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex product-related concerns
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with detailed case notes and resolution tracking
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Participate in weekly training sessions on new products and regulatory updates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for client workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in client-facing or customer service roles
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments with competing priorities
- Financial services or fintech industry knowledge
