Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, escalating complex cases to management when necessary.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Performance Tracking: Meet daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding response times and satisfaction scores.
- Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback to management regarding customer trends and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or retail support.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent active listening abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and CRM platforms.
- Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professionalism: Must demonstrate high integrity and a positive attitude under pressure.
