Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and high satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by investigating root causes and implementing effective, timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM database to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing clients while adhering to compliance guidelines.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on support interactions to ensure strict adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
