Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
