Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique business needs.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate matters to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system.
- Provide product and service training to clients to ensure optimal utilization of our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
