Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex client issues, complaints, and technical questions while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented demeanor.
- Accurately document all client interactions and update customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve escalated cases within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and suggest process enhancements.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred for office role).
