What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer experience.
- Provide product and service training to new clients as needed.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
