Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex client issues with empathy and efficiency, adhering to company service level agreements.
- Process orders, returns, and account adjustments accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and account changes in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and provide feedback on product or service improvements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services to existing clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company policies and product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a significant plus.
