Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues by investigating problems and providing accurate, timely solutions.

- Document all client interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.

Qualifications
