Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client records

- Adhere to organizational policies while maintaining confidentiality
- Contribute to a positive team culture through proactive communication
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (15-20 hours/week)

- Reliable transportation to our downtown Detroit location
- Previous volunteer or part-time experience preferred
