Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately using our CRM system and POS technology
- Resolve client inquiries with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising projects
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming retail environment
- Participate in product knowledge training sessions
- Contribute to social media engagement and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and currently enrolled in high school
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Ability to work weekends and weekday evenings (15-20 hrs/week)
- Valid Oregon work permit if under 18
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Portland location
