Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Manage inventory and maintain organized retail/service environments
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client inquiries promptly
- Support community outreach programs and youth engagement initiatives
- Adhere to safety protocols and company service standards
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools
- Ability to work evenings/weekends (up to 20 hours/week)
- Valid Colorado work permit if under 18
- Reliable transportation to our downtown location
