Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient in-person client support at our downtown Minneapolis hub
- Assist clients with account inquiries, service requests, and troubleshooting
- Process transactions accurately using our digital service platform
- Maintain organized client records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex service issues
- Contribute to improving client experience through feedback initiatives
- Support community outreach events during weekends and school breaks
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Strong communication skills with enthusiasm for helping others
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Reliable transportation to downtown Minneapolis location
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Valid Minnesota work permit if under 18
