Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient in-person service to clients at our River Walk location
- Assist with appointment scheduling and basic administrative tasks
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism
- Support team members with data entry and record maintenance
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance service skills
- Represent our brand with enthusiasm and cultural sensitivity
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work weekends and weekday evenings
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license
