Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Analyze complex client issues and provide innovative, tailored solutions to meet their specific business needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to track interactions and service history.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to identify upselling opportunities and ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Sales teams to provide feedback that improves our service offerings.
- Proactively identify trends in client feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance overall service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic, and confident tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
