- Provide friendly and efficient client support via phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality standards

Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and currently enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Strong communication skills with a positive, approachable demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (15-20 hours/week)
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Atlanta location
