Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional client interactions via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist clients with account inquiries, scheduling, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client issues
- Support community outreach initiatives and youth-focused events
- Contribute to process improvement suggestions for better service delivery
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and enrolled in San Diego high school
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Island location
