Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process client inquiries and transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed client records and documentation in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client issues
- Contribute to process improvements for teen-focused service workflows
- Participate in monthly skill-building workshops with industry mentors
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school (ages 16-18)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
