Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Assist clients with account inquiries, resolve issues, and process transactions accurately
- Manage front desk operations including visitor greeting, appointment scheduling, and mail handling
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
- Maintain organized records and update client information in our CRM system
- Support community outreach initiatives and represent YouthConnect Services positively
- Adhere to all company policies and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and currently enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Strong verbal communication skills and approachable personality
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn new software quickly
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
