Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by actively listening and providing tailored solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Collaborate with the internal product and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in daily team meetings to share feedback and improve service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.
