Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with empathy and a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Enter and update customer account information and transaction details accurately into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as billing and technical support to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
