Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with patience and empathy.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer records and maintain detailed knowledge of company products and services.

Qualifications
