Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining compliance
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex issue escalation
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product offerings and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation to downtown Baltimore location
