Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across inbound/outbound channels
- Resolve complex inquiries using CRM systems and problem-solving frameworks
- Document interactions with precision in Salesforce and proprietary platforms
- Collaborate with specialized teams on escalated customer issues
- Maintain performance metrics for quality and efficiency
- Participate in ongoing product and process training
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM)
- Excellent verbal communication in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
