- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain 85%+ customer satisfaction score through active listening
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for call quality and resolution time
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
